The most benefit to you and us for giving is to have a direct transfer from your bank account, which usually means ZERO fee for you and us.   When you login to your bank account you should see something that says “Bill pay”  or  “Pay my Bill”, and will give you many flexible options for paying and setting up autopay (If you don't see it, ask your bank if they have "Bill pay").   It will look something like the menu below:
